BOILER SERVICE
An annual service is recommended by all manufacturers to prolong the life of the boiler. A service checklist can be completed with every service to ensure all vital components are cleaned and well maintained. The operation of all controls will be checked and explained for the most efficient setup. We also carry out Landlord and Homeowner Gas Safety Inspections.

This would generally include 1 main appliance i.e. Boiler
BOLT-ON's​ (in addition to the Gas Safety Check)

This can be a gas fire, Hob or freestanding cooker etc.

Boiler Service - £10 to £35
This depends on type of boiler i.e. Combi, BBU etc.

Legionella Risk Assessment - £35
A legionnaires risk assessment includes a complete survey of the water systems in the property to assess whether there are any areas that may create risks of exposure to Legionella, this needs to be reviewed annually.
